We specialise in Lazio, specifically the area surrounding Rome which is largely unexplored by many. We believe it rivals the more popular locations of Tuscany, the Cinque Terre, and the Amalfi Coast - as it is truly rich in culture and beauty, while being more accessible internationally as it is serviced by two major airports.
How we help
- We meet with you virtually to discuss the type of event you would like to host and to discuss your requirements, in terms of budget, type of location, activities and food and drink preferences.
- We identify options and provide an agenda for you to consider.
- You decide on the options you prefer.
- We work with the selected venues and negotiate final pricing.
- We review and translate all necessary contracts and navigate the sometimes complicated Italian bureaucracy.
- Once the contracts are signed and the arrangements are confirmed, we work with you to finalise the details.
- We are on hand for the duration of your stay to ensure everything proceeds as promised and are available to resolve any issues that may arise.
